Keilot platform overview

Project Introduction

Three users. One connected ecosystem.

Keilot brings together three sides of a community economy:

  • Community managers build and manage trusted supplier networks.
  • Suppliers offer services, products, and community-specific benefits.
  • Members discover trusted offers and purchase through their community.

The challenge was to design each experience around very different needs while making them feel like one connected product.

Keilot experiences for managers, suppliers and members

01 - Community Management

Turning a supplier network into something managers can actually run

Community managers needed to discover suppliers, review offers, compare pricing, manage active partnerships, and understand what value was available to their members.

I designed the management experience around visibility and comparison, helping managers move from finding a supplier to evaluating their offer and understanding how community pricing compares with the wider market.

02 - Supplier Operations

Giving businesses one place to manage what they sell

For suppliers, the platform needed to support much more than joining a community.

I designed workflows for managing products and services, building pricelists, setting community-specific offers, tracking jobs and orders, and responding to new requests.

Reusable patterns across categories, pricing, tables, and order states helped keep a complex operational product predictable as new capabilities were added.

03 - Member Experience

From discovery to purchase without leaving the community

For members, the operational complexity needed to disappear.

The experience focused on discovering trusted local businesses, accessing community pricing, selecting products or services, completing checkout, managing payment methods, and following active and past orders.

The same ecosystem that managers and suppliers operate behind the scenes becomes a simple marketplace and payment experience for the member.

OUTCOME

One platform, three perspectives

Keilot was designed as one shared product foundation rather than three disconnected tools.

COMMUNITY MANAGERS

Build and manage trusted supplier networks

Discover suppliers, review offers, compare pricing, and manage community partnerships.

SUPPLIERS

Run products, services, jobs, and orders

Manage offers and operations across multiple community relationships.

MEMBERS

Discover benefits and move to purchase

Access trusted local services, community pricing, payments, and order tracking.

The result is a connected journey where an offer can move from supplier setup, through community approval, all the way to a member transaction.
